Free intermediate and advanced English classes are offered each Tuesday morning from 9:30 AM-11 AM in Koon Mission Building (2nd floor).

Our free Mom & Me preschool class meets on Wednesdays from 11 AM-12 PM in Koon Mission Building. We begin with a time of free play and then enjoy a music & movement class together.

Our kupuna social group, JOY Group, meets on the first and third Thursdays of each month from 10 AM-noon. All are welcome, but we ask that you please register so we have enough food for everyone! If you are a senior adult looking for a way to connect with others, we hope you will join us! We play games and eat a snack on the first Thursday and enjoy a meal together on the 3rd Thursday.

Kokua Closet is a partnership between University Avenue Baptist Church (UABC) and Harvest Family Life Hawaii (HFLHI). Together we provide basic necessities at no cost for children before, during and beyond foster care in Hawaii. We also serve other vulnerable children and their families in the Hawaiian islands with the purpose of strengthening and preserving families.

Kokua Closet is located at UABC (2305 University Avenue in Manoa) and is open on Mondays & Fridays from 9 AM-2 PM.

We offer a monthly support group for caretakers on Sunday afternoons. Childcare is provided.

Our co-ed preteen group meets on Thursday afternoons from 3:30 PM-5:15 PM in Koon Mission Building.

Our pua hana book clubs will resume meeting every other Friday at 4:30 PM on Friday, January 26. Free childcare is provided for the book club. There is a book club for dads and a separate book club for women. Our women are reading and discussing John Mark Comer’s Book, The Ruthless Elimination of Hurry. Dads are reading Jon Tyson's book, The Intentional Father. 

Our preteen girls’ group (3rd-6th Grade) is taking a break while our co-ed preteen group (3rd-6th grade) meets on Thursday afternoons from 3:30 PM-5 PM in Koon Mission Building.

SEEKERS boys’ ministry is taking a break while our co-ed preteen group (3rd-6th grade) meets on Thursday afternoons from 3:30 PM-5 PM in Koon Mission Building.
